Have you tried repairing or reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases where issues with the EAC installation can cause issues when the game is trying to launch.

The Terms of Service team investigates ban appeals case-by-case, so if they are working through a high case volume an investigation can take some time. Unfortunately we don't have a way to see exactly how long that could take.

Have you been keeping an eye on your hardware temperatures while Apex Legends is running? What you're describing sounds like your GPU might be throttling itself, which can happen when it gets too hot.

Hi @KS_Timyijo

 

It sounds like something isn't allowing the game to save your settings changes. Do you play on PC? If so, I've seen some cases where security programs can block the game from editing the files where these settings changes are saved. 

 

If you haven't already can you check and make sure there is an exception for Apex Legends in your security software?

I've seen some other reports of stuttering on the most recent NVIDIA drivers. Some people have mentioned that rolling back to earlier drivers has helped. When you have the chance can you give that a try and see if it makes a difference for you?

Have you had the chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all with the FPS issues? If there's anything else running that might be causing the FPS drops that may help to get around it.
