It's definitely weird that it always happens when you ping a certain scope. Which platform do you play on? Are you getting any error messages when it happens? If so, what's the full error you've been seeing?

Have you tried starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to test and see if that makes any difference? If there's anything else running that could be related to the freezing that may help to narrow it down.

Looking at the diagnostics section in the DxDiag you sent it seems like some Windows processes might be crashing. When you have a chance could you try running the Windows System File Checker tool to see if it's able to find any missing or damaged files?

Are all three of you connecting to the same network? If so, I am wondering if there might be an issue with an IP address conflict. Setting a static IP address for each of your consoles might help with that.

Since this is a pretty old thread that was inactive for a long time I am going to lock it to prevent further necro-posting. 

 

I'm afraid Apex Legends has no cross-platform progression, so it's not possible to transfer progress between platforms.

Can we try updating the DNS in Windows to see if that makes any difference? I've seen cases in the past where that can help with similar issues.
