If none of the steps you've tried so far have helped I think it would be best to get in touch with PlayStation Support so they can take a look. They may be able to offer some further insight on what could be causing the error you've been seeing.

I'm afraid that account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. If the TOS team reviewed your account and determined the ban would not be overturned, then unfortunately that means the account will not be reactivated.

I'm afraid that banned accounts are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban could be overturned. Please set up a case with them if you haven't already.

I'm afraid we have not heard if there are plans to add an option to refund or swap heirlooms in Apex Legends. This is something that we've received a lot of feedback on, especially since the Heirloom shards were added to the game.

While I don't have any specific details on if trainers for other games could affect Apex Legends, my philosophy is usually "better safe than sorry." If you're concerned that having something like that installed could cause problems with Apex Legends it would probably be best to remove it. 

 

For more specific details on how to uninstall the trainer you might need to look through the documentation for the program itself. You can also try running a program like CCleaner after uninstalling it, if that's something you're comfortable with. For more details on that check out the ...

I know that dealing with crashes or disconnections can definitely be pretty frustrating.

I'm afraid that it's not possible to transfer progress between accounts. The progress on that particular account cannot be moved over to another.

If you are unable to access the email address registered to your EA Account it would be best to get in touch with the Account Recovery team. They'll verify the account with you and work on getting that email address updated.
