The website shows specific types of account actions, but not all in-game bans or suspensions will be reflected there, sorry for any confusion.

 

I'd definitely suggest going through these steps just to be sure the account is secure and that no one else may have access to it.

This skin is temporarily disabled at the moment to fix a related issue causing the game to crash.

 

Once that is fixed you should find the skin in your collection normally, sorry for the confusion!

The progress is essentially saved on the EA Account side, even when linked to Steam.

You should see no change in that progress if you switch over to play through Origin. Resetting to an earlier state shouldn't be possible. Mako.png

Hey @Cantalera,

 

Just to clarify, you would regain your progress if the same Steam account is re-linked to that same EA (Origin) Account, however you would not be able to link a different Steam account and essentially transfer progress from one Steam account to another.

 

Each EA Account can only be linked to one other account of each platform in its lifetime.

This is likely due to the end of the ranked split today. That should drop you about 1.5 ranks as we're starting the last half of the ranked season.
