Hey @Reaper1749,

 

I'm afraid currently Apex does not have cross-progression, so any progress you've made on PlayStation would be saved there and cannot be copied over to other platforms at this time.

 

This is something we're looking to have at some point next year, but in the meantime if you switch platforms that progress will all remain separate.

If that purchase was made through Origin do feel free to reach out to an advisor directly so they can check and make sure you weren't charged if a transaction failed to go through.

 

If that did go through but you still have no coins to show for it, they'll be able to check into that as well.

Hey folks,

 

Older dive trails disappearing is not actually a bug in this case, sorry.

 

Back in Season 4, dive trails were updated with the intent they would just remain on the account for the season after they were earned. There was a bug that's prevented this from happening which was recently fixed.

 

At this point the only dive trails would be from last season, or Ranked Series 1 and 2 (Season 2 and 3) if you earned those.

In this case I'm afraid the bug is that these dive trails were left on accounts longer than initially intended. 

 

Since Season 4, dive trails were only intended to remain on the account for the season after they were earned, so you'd be able to show them off and use them the next season, but would need to hit that rank again the following season to get the new version.
