Can you confirm this issue is persisting ?

If it is, I'd advise that you follow those steps as well as check if you have enough space on the disc you want to install the update on !

Hey @sgt-clubba, sorry to hear you're having issues with The Division 2 since the latest update.

I see you've done a fair amount of troubleshooting. Do you encounter these issues only when playing Countdown in parties, or when queueing up solo as well?

We've had reports of crashes related to countdown missions, but our teams need more info, and this would greatly help in the investigation.

Would it be possible that you send a video or some screenshots showing the situation ?

Do you still have access to the inventory in the watch and the other functionnality or not ?

Hey @tyranmedic, sorry to hear you're experiencing a blue screen.

Is there any error code appearing when you blue screen? Do you always play on Heroic or higher?

What activity are done when it happens?

Is it always at a specific time, specific mission, specific action?

What resolution are you using?

Are you using the PlayStation Boost mode?

Thanks for reporting the two missing drops for you. The Engraved Muzzle and the Engraved Drum not dropping are already under investigation, like mentioned previously, and all new info about the investigation will be published in the News & Announcement section of the forums.

It is odd that it's only happening with some screenshots only.

Would you be able to make a video showing how it happens ? Can you see the head being removed when you do the screenshot, or is it only when you look at the result ?
