Hey @mrwonko, I understand your F430 steering wheel is DirectInput compatible,ย but a Steering wheel isn't the same as a controller, hence the compatibility issues you might encounter. Like Ubi-Milky said, you might have to use a thrid party software to invert the axes, as it is not
