I'm sorry to hear that your Twilight Gear has reset. Thank you for taking the time to share your report with us.

If your gear has reset, then all resources and runes used to upgrade the gear with should have been automatically added back into your inventory, allowing you to re-upgrade the gear again if you so wish. I understand that this isn't ideal, and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Has your gear reset again since this incident? If so, can you let us know if anything strange happened prior to the incident occurring? For instance, were you disconnected from the internet, or did you experience any kind of crash?

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to select Hreidmar's Blessing set as a transmog option. Would you be able to provide us with a short video or set of images that shows you have collected this gear set in-game, but that it's not available as a transmog option at the Blacksmith's?
