Hey,

I see the dev team are aware of the issue with the "Taken" recording and we have been made aware of a workaround in the meantime to restart the Manhunt and replay all four mini bosses before General Anderson which can resolve the issue.

We've been unable to reproduce the issue on our side but have seen some someone else who reported this before say that disabling recording softwares solved it for them. So I'd recommend closing any or any background applications you have running.

I'm sorry to hear that your expertise level keeps resetting. Would you be able to capture a video of this happening, like showing it, exiting and relaunching the game, then showing it again, so we can show the dev team what's going on, as I imagine it won't be something they are able to recreate easily on their own account.

Thanks for your patience and reports 🙂 It looks like this is something that will be resolved in a future update but we don't have more information than that currently. We'll have more information when we receive patch notes for the next update if it's included in that one or see if it is for another consequent update after that.

Hey all,

I see the dev team has asked for the following bits of info now to help look into the cause of the issue so if you didn't receive it, please can you answer these questions and we'll pass on your answers back to them.

  • Were you doing the Manhunt mission solo or coop?
  • If you were doing the mission coop, were you the host or the one the joined?
  • If you were doing the mission coop, did the other player receive the weapon?
  • Did you encountered any other issue (Ex. Freezes, Crashes, etc) during the mission that could hinder the process.

Just to confirm I'm understanding correctly, do you mean you are stuck in the room and unable to go back due to the Steam and unable to go forward too due to the level already being pulled before it crashed?

If you can provide a video clip showing the problem too, that would be great and we'll forward it on to the dev team to show what has happened and they'll try reproducing this.

Do you have any friends who are playing the game that can send you a screenshot or a video clip showing what stats they are seeing exactly, and also you take one showing what you are seeing?

We can then send this to the dev team to see if they can reproduce a similar effect with the same gear.

Thanks for your patience so far and I can only apologise for the delay to responding to your ticket. If you still haven't got a reply, please rest assured that we will get to it. We just had a lot of contacts throughout December due to the new season launching and the holidays also had some effect on us being able to reply as quickly as we would like to, but we're getting through them and will hopefully be with you soon.

Please continue the conversation with one of your support tickets and let the others close to have this looked into further with you effectively.

@everyone else who is having the issue with the previous rewards not unlocking when receiving the battlepass, this is a separate issue from the original posters issue. That issue is known and you can reach out on a private channel if you haven't already and provide an image of the battlepass highlighting which rewards were not received.
