I don't see it being a known issue, so I don't know if it went unreported or if it's due to the game being at this point of the games development life cycle it would be an unlikely thing to receive an update to address this I'm afraid.

Hey @Derwolx

Are you currently using a headset whilst playing the game or a speaker setup?

Are you able to try the opposite to see if the issue remains, or are you able to at least try another headset or earphones (even just earbuds) if you have any, to try and identify what may be causing this for you.

We've only seen this issue happen when Calder was killed and unfortunately it wasn't ever patched. Have you got a previous save you can try loading back to before this happened?

As azullFR has mentioned and linked above, unfortunately this issue did go unresolved. It was reported to the dev team previously but it wasn't able to be reproduced when testing and so the cause was unfound. I apologise for any inconvenience.

Hey @Haashtom

The "light-fingered" skill is causing key items not to be picked up from looting places where key items should be obtained and it just picks up random items instead. Reloading a save and then resetting the perk before trying to pick it up seems to resolve the issue.

We have reported this to the dev team previously so they are aware it can still happen and hasn't been resolved but unfortunately it's never made it to a patch I'm afraid. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by it.

I can see this was reported before but it was not found to be an issue as it's possibly just due to network disruptions or downtime on Ubiservices that the Opals for collectibles are not immediately given and there will be like a queue in that case so it will eventually give the reward.

I'm sorry to hear the trophy never unlocked after obtaining the helmet. Unfortunately we don't have a way to unlock this for you on our side and can only suggest trying to proc it again on a new / older save if you have one. I apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience caused.

Thanks for sharing the reddit thread. It doesn't seem to have been reproduced on our side or happening for everyone so it's a bit of an odd one to be happening and can't promise there'll be any more updates to address this at this point now unfortunately.

There's no way of us knowing where it came from or why, but it would be up to the retailer who it was bought from to look into it if your friend bought it brand new and sealed and wanted to return it if they don't want to play in English. The retailer would then have to speak with their supplier about their stock.

If it was bought pre-owned it could be someone traded it in who had imported it themselves.

Hey @Golfnutt8

Please can you just try disabling the cloud sync option in the Ubisoft Connect settings? The game still has an automatic cloud upload in-game that I believe will still function without it enabled.

Hey,

Just to make sure, you are trying to download the game from the account that has bought it?

And you currently don't have any installed versions / free weekend clients of the game on the console?

Please also try searching on the PlayStation store for the game rather than your library for the game and see if you can click download from there, as if you are checking the library you may be clicking on the free weekend client again which you can't use again currently.

Hey @TheDarkgg-M_En

I had a search of this and found it to have been reported before with Siege, not Extraction, but it was resolved for them just by reinstalling the game.

Let us know if you still have the issue after that and also just clarify if you have posted this in the correct game forum please. Thanks 🙂

From what I can see online, "The Guardian Edition" of the game includes: 
Copy of the Rainbow Six Extraction game. 
The Noxious Touch Pack includes the Noxious Touch uniform and headgear exclusively to Alibi, the universal Noxious Touch and Redeemer weapon skins along with the Jawbreaker and Guardian Angel Charm.

Please note, the additional content pack may not be available if you purchased it pre-owned.
