At what point are you getting the error? As soon as you click on download in Ubisoft Connect? Or during the download randomly or after it has finished?

Do you have any other USB devices or controllers connected at the same time? If so, try disconnecting them, in case they are being picked up as controllers (even if they're not controllers).

They don't sound like connection issues unless you are getting lag or a connection error message with them. Please record video clips of any issues you wish to report and create a separate thread for each one to manage discussions better on them as it will also allow others to see what the content of each thread is without reading unrelated stuff.

After checking your account, I can see it should have been showing for you so not sure why you were unable to see it. Hopefully it was just you were checking a little too early but unfortunately it has ended now so I apologise if you never got to access it and for the delayed reply to your thread.
The dev team are aware of the issue and have reproduced it themselves, so we aren't needing to collect more account details at this time.

I imagine it will as long as your Epic and Steam accounts are linked to the same Ubisoft account but I haven't got a 100% confirmation from anyone currently that this does work like this for The Division 2. I will reach out to the game team and let you know again when I have an answer, but if you have already tested this yourself and found out, please feel free to update the thread too so others can be aware.

The team have reproduced the issue and found it to crash when any Global Directive is active and looking into a fix for this, so you may be able to avoid this issue happening by not having these active:

I don't have a full list of what you get unfortunately but saw the Reddit post you referred to as well. If you reach out on one of the channels listed below, we'll be able to take a look into the account to see if we can see an issue with the credits disappearing and get that sorted for you at least. When you do, just let us know the date and time if you can of when you activated the boost to help us locate when it happened.

Customer support aren't able to provide those kind of answers you seek. We can only provide troubleshooting and gather information to share to the dev teams to report issues and provide any information we hear back from them on the progress of their investigations into said issues, and customer support will always do what we can to make sure issues are being reported, and we'll let you know when dev teams have eventually moved on to other projects and have released their last updates. Please don't bump old posts @racdavies. The original poster never got back to us, so their issue is probably resolved or they haven't been interested in seeking further help.
The dev team need to investigate what is actually the cause of the issue @MaraxusCA. Any compensation from the issue would also be decided by them if it was to be provided, and it would be provided in a game update so all affected players are given it.

If this is the ones from the DC Services, Military, Recreation and Style apparel collections, we have reported that the tattoos from completion rewards are not present at the Barber in both Washington and New York and the dev team have confirmed this issue and will look into this.
