Yes, live chat exists. It depends on what your issue is and what region you are in and the time of day you are trying to use it.
The date on your ticket will be the date you updated the ticket and will change when we move the ticket to the correct queue or reply to you.

A warning is just a warning, it hasn't given you any points or anything to remove from your account and it wasn't done by a bot. Any form of sharing cheats on the forums is against the rules of the forums, and if it contained people's usernames then that will be why it was removed. The topic won't be discussed further on the forums. You can raise a private support ticket if you wish to discuss this further.

There was a known issue with the servers on 26-Dec and I'm afraid we can't remove temporary bans for abandonment sanctions and they will still apply from disconnecting even if it wasn't done on purpose.
I'm sorry to hear that you got a temporary ban, but we can't remove these and it will apply abandon sanctions if you leave a match.

The dev team are aware this issue still exists but haven't released any updates to address this specifically. I apologise for any inconvenience it causes.
Thanks @djon520. I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to unlock trophies for you manually but we'll make the dev team aware this has happened. I can't promise any updates for the game at this point that would address the issue, and can only recommend trying to do the objectives again on a new save if you wanted to try unlocking them again.
