Apologies this never had a reply back when it was a new post. If you have this issue, try unplugging any additional controllers or USB devices you have connected which you don't need whilst playing.

The original post also mentioned it happens if left for a while. Obviously you can try to avoid that by just not leaving it and if it does happen, a reload of the game should resolve it I would imagine.

If you have the light-fingered skill, try resetting this skill first (and don't upgrade it) as there is a known issue with this causing it to happen with key items.

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting and the video. As mentioned above, the dev team are still aware of issues where this can happen but unfortunately we don't have any info on if there will be any additional patches unfortunately.

It looks like this one just went unnoticed and unreported as I'm unable to find one for it. I'll still log the issue so the dev team have at least been made aware of it but I apologise that this is unlikely to receive any further update to resolve it.

The bow was originally listed as a predator bow but was intended to be a light bow and was changed in patch 1.2.0.1.

We have reported this previously but as the dev team had very little data to be able to go off, they weren't able to find the cause or apply a fix for it before the 1.6.2 patch unfortunately. I apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment caused from this issue.

Can you try the suggestions above? If you do have the light fingered skill, there is a known issue with that preventing things like this being picked up so it could be that you just need to reset the skill and that also fixes it if it is that.

As I referred to previously, this was unlikely to be changed with the latest patch due to other issues that would have a higher priority to resolve than a cosmetic issue which doesn't have an impact on gameplay and progression I'm afraid.

I can see the issue was unable to be reproduced when tested again so unfortunately it isn't something they were able to address. As it doesn't seem to be happening for many players and if they're unable to see it happening in testing, there's not really much they can do to identify the issue unfortunately.

I found the report we gave the dev team following your report of this but it seems they were unable to replicate it themselves so weren't able to work on this unfortunately.
