No worries and I'm sorry you've felt like you giving up with the game was for you.

We do see a lot of crash reports and the dev team are aware of some causes and looking into them so hopefully a future update will help with what was causing yours too if you do reinstall it one day, and that you can enjoy the game properly.

We don't have a date or confirmation it has been fixed yet but we can see the dev team are actively looking at this bug and aware of how critical of an issue it is.

We're not able to manually issue the comm @bward141989 and we haven't heard from them yet when it will be fixed. Sometimes we get this info in advance of a patch and can let players know, but sometimes we only find out once the patch notes are handed to us just before a patch when we post them to the forums.

Could you provide a screenshot from your friend showing their gear setup in case this has anything to do with it, or ask them to record a clip showing it and showing you shooting the barrel next to them in the same video?

Hey,

I'm sorry to hear you are having some issues with the mic in-game. Please make sure the microphone is set as “Default Communications Device” in the audio settings of Windows to control your communication device.

Let us know if this helped but if not, please can you try having background applications like Discord closed and see if it works in-game?

Did you try the suggestion above to just start a new character with it being so close to the beginning? Hopefully it doesn't happen again but let us know.

I can only apologise for the time taking to resolve @VanSven and in regards to tickets, we have received a lot more than usual throughout December and the holiday period also added to the delays too unfortunately but we're trying to catch up as quickly as possible.
