So we can report this to be looked into, would you be able to let us know if it's all armours doing this, or have you only noticed it with one recently or just a few?

If you could let us know which one(s) you saw this with too, this will be something we'll have to get the QA team to test.

Also, if you have any video or images we could pass on too, that could also be useful to them.

I'm sorry to hear this. If it's still missing and the money is showing as missing from your account, this means there is an authorization hold on the funds, but this won't ever complete if there's been an error at checkout, and the money usually returns to your account after 5 - 10 working days by your bank. 

Some banks will remove the hold on the payment earlier if you ask them to. 

You will need to make a successful payment in order to use it, so if you do attempt the order again, it may be worth trying a different payment method or a differ...

If it happens again, please try and capture some footage for us and let us know, even if it's just done from your phone, as it may contain something that the QA team can use to reproduce and find the cause of it.

Glad you've found a workaround. Do you mean you just went straight to the games installation folder and launched it from the .exe file?

I see it is quite an old issue. It is only a display issue but I'll give it a bump to see if we can get an update on if it will be resolved.

The problem with adding something to prevent people from getting banned from a game crash or internet connection drop out, would be that people could force that to happen to get out of losing games and have no penalty, so opens it up for abuse.

Yeah, that could be affecting it as well as the time of day that you are generally playing. If unranked is finding games quickly for you, then I would suggest using that mostly for practice to be able to help climb the ranks and get a higher placement.
