I'm sorry to hear that you got disconnected from a game and lost the time and XP from that game and got a 5 minute penalty. There shouldn't be any other penalties for you, other than if you keep disconnecting and getting the abandonment sanction in a short period of time, then the time limit may increase from 5 minutes.

I don't often change buttons on controllers myself, but I did find it pretty awkward to do on a different game myself recently where I had to keep moving pretty much every button due to moving one thing that ended up sharing with another button, then that one shared with another button, and so on, so I think I understand where you're coming from with this.

I'm sorry to hear your games are crashing. Please can you both try the steps found in this article to try and help resolve it.

Also, please have the game installed on the consoles main HDD rather than an external one, just in case you do use an external drive too.

I'm sorry to hear you Fallen Hero Cloak is missing. We don't have any known issues of this from other reports, so please could you provide a screenshot of the chest and your inventory showing it missing, or capture this on a video and provide a link to view it, and we'll forward these to the game team to report it.

Are you still near the start of the game and just collected it or have you been playing a while and only just noticed it's now missing?

It seems like you tried about everything you can with a console game issue. If you had the game installed on an extended HDD, I would recommend to have it installed on the consoles main HDD, just in case you had it on one of those.

I'm sorry to hear you are stuck on the quest due to an NPC not doing anything. Can you clarify at which point this is happening please? Have you been able to accept the quest, or is it the quest giver not giving you it?

If you can record a short clip of what is happening and upload it somewhere and drop us a link, that would also be appreciated so we can get the issue reported for you.
