If this does happen again, can you set up a case on our support site and upload text copies of your DXDiag and MSInfo files so we can look into the cause of the crashing.

When you say the support site doesn't work, were you getting errors logging in or creating the case?

In order to look deeper in to this, the dev team would need to look into your system setup, which would include you uploading text copies of your DXDiag and MSInfo files.

I have set up a case on your behalf. Can you please upload the requested files to your case.

Sorry for our delay in responding to you tifik2.
The error you posted usually suggests that one or more of the game files is corrupt/missing.
It could well be that the download is the Uplay making sure that the game is installed correctly.

Are you able to run the game offline after verifying the game in Uplay? (Please note that verifying the game will download any missing/corrupt files)

Can you go through the steps in this link, especially the part about port forwarding
If you have any third party accounts linked (Twitch/XBox/PSN/Nintendo etc) could you also unlink them from your account. This can be done at https://account.ubisoft.com/

Please let us know if you are still getting the same error after this.

Hey Operators.
If you're experiencing sound issues, can you answer the following questions please -

Does it happen on specific maps? What maps have you noticed these audio issues on?
Do you use WiFi or LAN connection?
Did you notice the issue only on the replay cam playback? Live in game? Or both in game and on the replay cam?
What happened prior to the audio issue occurring? (Did you equip a certain weapon? Did you walk a certain way? Clips are helpful!)
Can you describe your audio set-up? (Plugged in the monitor, plugged in the controller, using a home cinema system, set of speakers, etc)

If you could also share video footage of it happening, that would be awesome.
