Looking at your last post, you seem to have 2 different accounts.
dojacat69, and notvegen.

In order to access ranked mode on your notvegen account, we'd advise logging into our account management site with that account and activate 2fa

Hey brettpenzer!

The dev team are currently investigating this error.

Some players are reporting that unlinking their Ubisoft account from third party accounts is resolving this issue.
Can you log in at https://account.ubisoft.com/ and unlink all accounts, and let us know if you still get this error

Hi Operators!

I've gone through each of your accounts separately to make sure you have TTS access
Please note that if the TTS is offline, you will get an "EXPIRED" message when wanting to install and play.

Are you still having the same problem?
Is it possible that you linked your Epic account to a different Ubisoft account?

Can you clear the cache in Uplay and let usknow if this is still happening
