Can you go through the steps in this link, especially the part about port forwarding
If you have any third party accounts linked (Twitch/XBox/PSN/Nintendo etc) could you also unlink them from your account. This can be done at https://account.ubisoft.com/

Please let us know if you are still getting the same error after this.

Hi BIONN_SirHot, and welcome to the forums.

MMR rollback occurs when players you've encountered in Ranked matches are identified as cheaters—in this case, they were DDoS-ing. Your MMR gets readjusted accordingly to cancel out the cheaters' effect on the affected games.
Regretfully we are unable to manually add the points/stats back on to your account.

As Antani. pointed out, we were undergoing maintenance of the club servers at the time you were having issues yesterday.
During club maintenance club rewards, level, and points will be unavailable.
The content should be available again.

Please let us know if it is still missing.

Sorry for our delay in replying to you about this.
Looking on your account, the skin still seems to be linked. If you have no access to it in game, can you post images showing it is redeemed on your account, but is not in your inventory.

Hi Notyplex!

When you were experiencing issues yesterday we were undergoing maintenance of the ubisoft club servers.
This would mean that rewards, challenges, points, and achievements would not be available until the maintenance finished.

Are you still having the same issue?

If you would still like to seek a refund for the game, this is something you would need to contact InstantGaming about if you purchased the game from them.
