Thanks for your response and I'm sorry that the steps advised previously didn't help.

Some players advised that going to in-game options and then setting the controller sensitivity to maximum has helped, therefore despite of how strange this may sound, give this a go and should issue persist, let us know!

Just to double-check, did you have a chance to do the troubleshooting steps that were advised by Ubi-Litten yet and also, did you try tweaking your in-game video settings, such as disabling VSync, just to see if you notice any improvement?

The issue you're referring to appears to be something that has been affecting a number of players however has been resolved on 14th of July and therefore should no longer persist.
