Just to double-check that I understand this correctly - by saying endless queue, do you mean that whenever you're searching for online match, you never managed to connect? Also, do you happen to receive any error messages at all?

Just to double-check, have you tried changing the ADS button to something else, let's say keyboard button, to see if issue remains?

Also, you said that issue only happens at times, therefore have you possibly noticed anything in particular that may have an effect to this?

When playing solo I CAN blend in other drivers, so that tells me there is a connection to some part of the servers.

If it helps: Initially I had epic game store installed, but when opening the game I needed the UPLAY client as well. Since I dont own any other games on UPLAY, I installed it the first time. From then on I deinstalled epic again and now I use Uplay. Could that be a problem?
Edit: Re-Downloading the game did not fix the problem.

Most of the Connection steps are too technical for me....

Would you be able to advise us whether you happen to receive any error messages at all? Also, does this tend to happen all the time or did you notice anything in particular that you might be doing in-game that causes the crash to occur?

The more details you can provide on this, the better. Alternatively, video footage showing the crash is very good too .

Just to double-check, I can see that you've stated you tried launching the game with Admin rights, however to make sure you did this correctly, have you tried going to your game files, locating RainbowSix_Vulkan.exe and then launching it with Administrator rights, to see if issue remains?

I appreciate your concern regarding this, however as long as your PC or mobile device isn't compromised, having 2-FA feature will certainly prevent anyone from logging in to your account.

If however we do have a scenario where account has been hacked and cheated on, this will be looked at and evaluated appropriately when in process of ban appeal however I would be unable to discuss this in detail.

In regards to the other players you've mentioned, regrettably we also would be unable to discuss someone else's suspension however these things are always being carefully looked at and assessed before making the decision.
