Hey aniroeddin, thanks for your response there!

Just to double-check, do you have 'Raw Input' on or off within in-game settings? If you do have it on, try turning it off and vice versa, and see whether it makes any difference.

Following the update from our team, can I double-check if you possibly have the vanity item that is missing already equipped with any of the vehicles or is it only missing for specific vehicle(s)?

Please note that there will be certain vehicles that won't be able to have any vanities applied on.

In relation to your temporary suspension - it is issued by the server-side if you're unable to return to the game before it's concluded and I am afraid it's not something our Support team is able to overturn at this moment in time.

Going forward, if you have been experiencing issues in the past then it is likely that it will continue, therefore in order to minimise the possibility of it and establish the best possible connection to game servers, I'd recommend you to try completing steps outlined in the following article, and see if it helps.

If you have abandoned match and were unable to reconnect before it was concluded, suspension will be issued by the server-side and I am afraid it's not something that our Support team would be able to overturn. To add, if this has happened for the very first time, the suspension you received tends to be for a much shorter period of time and will be extended in case if it happens on multiple instances, however every matter is being addressed case by case basis and isn't always identical. As it stands, I can confirm that this particular matter has been already brought up to our development team who are reviewing the matter further. This issue may have been around a little while back however has been resolved and seem to resurfaced.

Restarting your game should help to resolve this however by all means this is not a permanent solution and is only out there for the time being.

As it stands, I can confirm that this particular matter has been brought up to our development team already and is under further review. The suspension itself shouldn't be for 2 day period, however as there were instances in the past where the match was abandoned before it was concluded, this has resulted in a ban for a prolonged period of time, and will continue to increase in case if it happens again.

As far as the multiplier that you mentioned goes - are you possibly referring to booster there?

Another way to deal with it for the time being would be to restart the game, however this may be a tiny bit more time consuming.

In terms of mouse and keyboard being used on console - it's something we do receive a lot of contacts about and our team has been looking at ways to tackle such instances. Overall, this is a complex topic involving hardware, live services, and security and we are working to deliver a global and reliable solution for detection, but do not have more information just yet, as investigations are still ongoing.

Going forward, make sure you use in-game report functionality and if you do encounter any obvious cheaters and have video footage you'd like to share with us, get through by using above stated channels and we will ensure it gets reviewed accordingly.
