You're completely right - there is no harm in asking at all, so feel free to ask for any questions that you may have .

And to answer your query - regrettably it isn't something we would be able to do. Whilst player might be inactive at the time, changing your username to the one that is inactive would also mean changing username for the other person, which is not something that we would do without players' consent, therefore regrettably we would be not able to assist with this one.

I have looked up, and can see that your username was updated last on 27th of July, therefore you will have to wait exactly 30 days after the last change was made.

Regrettably we would be unable to speed up the process and you will have to wait till then.
