Just to double-check - have you had a chance to redeem Prime Gaming Loot reward by going to the following website?

Redeem your Prime Gaming reward there, and you will be able to redeem those rewards when you reach that Battle Pass rank.
Make sure to restart your game at least once after claiming the rewards to make sure that the game recognizes the status.

Hey Keniis,

Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

I have seen player reports, suggesting that running Uplay PC as Administrator or alternatively, locating where your Hyper Scape game files are and launching hyperscepe.exe as Administrator directly from there has helped to resolve this, so if you haven't already, give this a go and keep us updated!

Hey trouble173,

Thanks for your response there and sorry about the issue you're dealing with.

Just to double-check, are you using any other applications that may be interfering, such as Discord or TeamSpeak? If you do, try turning them off for the time being. Also, can you provide us with a screenshot showing your Audio settings in-game?

slimtrip2 - could you clarify whether using PS4 controller your towards the right hand-side is slower as well or was your issue more related towards delay from the controller when playing on PC?

Hey ApeXPrime8,

Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about the issue you've been having.

In regards to the windowed mode - are you possibly using dual monitors by any chance? Also, have you tried clicking ALT + Enter, to see if it's still in windowed mode?

Also, to double-check, have you possibly tried using DirectX 11, as we have received some players suggesting that crash occurs with DX12, so if you haven't already, give that a go and see how it works.

Additionally, I wanted to clarify whether crash occurs after altering any options in graphics settings or does this happen prior to making any chance? And finally, do you happen to receive any error messages at all?
