Just to kindly clarify - there was no birthday challenge for Mozzie's birthday and the reward for the challenge was the skin for Jackal's weapon rather than Mozzie's.

As it stands, regrettably it is not possible to order physical copies of the game from Ubisoft Store in your region, and you can only order digital ones, however if you would rather have a physical copy, then we can only recommend you to check with your local retailer for the availability.

Hey VeeMn,

Thanks for your response there and I am sorry to hear about this.

To try and resolve the issue, please try the following workaround:

1. Open Uplay as administrator, click the menu icon at the top left and go to settings.
2. Untick "Enable cloud save synchronization for supported games"
3. Make backup of savegames - default location C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames
4. Remove the save file from the original folder.
5. Launch game, play till the game makes an autosave or you manually save. This is approximately 5-10 minutes of gameplay
6. Quit game, re-enable cloud saves and launch game again.
7. Select local save when prompted. Saves should be resynced.

Are you referring to the glitch where attackers are able to become invisible and invincible? If it is the case indeed, then I can confirm that there was a hotfix released and issue should be resolved, however if you encounter someone still doing it, would you be able to provide us with video footage?

Just so I understand this correctly - you've decided to play Rainbow Six: Siege on PC, by using the same account as you do whilst playing on Xbox One, however after doing so, you realised that you're unable to connect through PC but not only that, now you're also unable to connect through Xbox One, is that right? If it is, could you advise us what is the error message you receive upon attempting to connect? Also, for testing purposes, did you try using an alternative Xbox account, to see whether it allows you to connect to the game?
