Hey guys!

Thank you for reaching out to us and I am sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

As it stands, I can confirm that we did have players who have reported the same issue, and the following workaround seemed to have helped:

1. Disable game's cloud save (article on how to do it)
2. Remove local save files (x86) / ubisoft / ubisoft games launcher / savegames / id / 1843 folder). To do it, just make sure you back it up somewhere, in case if this doesn't necessarily bring any results

BenZipfel and RucisRicus - I have reviewed both of your accounts and reward has been added accordingly, so when you get a chance, check to see if you can locate it in-game and let us know!

DarkShotXT - I have looked up at your account and can see that reward has been added on 25th of August, 2020.

SkyAndWind - as it stands, it appears that our team has already added all the rewards for players who were eligible, therefore if you're able to provide is with a screenshot, we will look into your account as well, however if you are not able to provide it then regrettably it would be difficult for us to proceed.

Edit: To anyone still trying to figure this out, I followed all the steps on the troubleshooting page (none of which worked, but I'm mentioning in case it somehow made a difference) and eventually just flipped from a wired connection to a wireless connection and was able to get into the game. If you're getting the Oregano error message this might be a temporary fix until they patch the game to work properly....
