Just to get a better idea about this - could you advise the following:

1. Does this tend to happen every game?
2. Have you noticed whether there are any actions in-game that are taken prior to it happening, that may have influence to it, or alternatively, did you notice any tendencies to it, such as whether it happens only in certain map or so?
3. When you're unable to move, does your game completely freeze and you're unable to do anything or is it the case where you can still rotate the screen but are unable to move as connection was lost?
4. Finally, do you happen to receive any error messages at all?

Hey Lame__name,

Thanks for reaching out to us and I am sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

Based on your description, I understand that you have experienced game crash and after that, your game files were no longer found in Uplay folder, however after you checked your hard drive, you found out that it was still there, however game was not launching regardless, is that right? Also, can you advise us whether you happen to receive any error messages upon attempting to launch the game?

When it comes down to PSN account recovery, regrettably this isn't something we're able to assist you with, and as your progress is directly linked to the Playstation account you were playing on, the best way to resolve this would be to just simply recover the account you've lost, so try contacting PSN Support, and see whether they can help you.

Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about what happened, as it does sound like quite unfortunate scenario.

The sanction you received is something that is issued automatically by the server-side, and is not something we're able to overturn, regrettably.

We would be happy to offer you some steps to try that may help to prevent issue from happening, but you have stated that the problem was with PC and what caused it isn't exactly game related, therefore my suggestion would be to look at ways to stop your PC from turning off, so that hopefully this does not happen again.

What was the thing that made me beyond p*ssed off was the fact I had never cheated in my life on the game. Recently getting back into it last week, and out of nowhere a ban. I would suggest to double-check to see whether you have managed to send them your query correctly and hopefully they will get back to you earlier than later, however regarding the waiting times or anything similar to it - it is not the information that we have nor can advise you on.

To find more information about how toxicity bans work, we have got a development team article that will answer your query.

Prior to receiving permanent toxicity suspension, you will receive temporary ones, however if this has been done on multiple occasions, a permanent ban can follow after. In some instances however, particularly egregious offenders can be permanently banned without a warning.

I am sorry if this may not the outcome you may have expected.

The M.U.T.E Protocol is a fun game mode and is unfortunate that it had so many problems. I am looking forward to the next patch so the game mode can be played the way it was meant to be played.

I think there was a little bit of confusion, since we have a couple of drone related glitches that occurred recently and I have confirmed with the team, that the issue you were specifically referring to is something that is under investigation, and therefore video footage at this stage is not required, as we have already received, however thank you for your willingness to help!

If you do own 2 copies of the game, regrettably we would be unable to merge it, however in exchange, this is what you could do:

1. You can either hide your copy of the game that you no longer wish to play by taking the following steps Uplay PC client
- Navigate to the Game tab.
- Hover over the title you would like to hide.
- Click the little arrow to drop-down the menu.
- Select "Hide".

The game will move to the "Hidden" section - you can find it at the bottom of your library.

2. Alternatively, we can also look at the possibility of having one of your game copies transferred to another account, however to do this, we would need you to reach out via one of the following channels:
