Thanks for providing translation and welcome to forums!

In order to troubleshoot the issue, please try the following:

1. First, try completing browser troubleshooting steps
2. If that doesn't help, try using different browser and also, try visiting website in Incognito Mode, to see whether it loads up
3. Finally, if you tried both of the steps, yet to no success, see if you can access it by using alternative connection, such as mobile data (for example)

No it is saying to reconnect but I never was in a match. It also is letting me que ranked.

So if I unexpectly lost a game, I have to lose 273 MMR points? If so it's a ****** up system.
