Hey FarKewM8,

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and I am sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

Just to get a better idea about this - so each time you play the game, text chat is always disabled in HUD settings, and in order to use it, you have to enable it, however enabling it doesn't make any difference and issue persists, is that right?

Also, based on the explanation you've provided, I can understand that you're always unable to use Team chat however occasionally, this also happens with All chat, therefore have you possibly noticed anything in particular (actions in-game) that may lead to this happening?

Our Facebook and Twitter support is live, however if we do happen to receive higher volume of contacts than per usual, there is a possibility for a delayed response, however in all instances we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

In regards to live-chat support, it's not the service that operates 24/7 and there are some time limitations when you can/cannot contact us, however it is most certainly present.

Just to double-check so that I understand this correctly - do you mean that almost every match you play in Ranked, there is someone in your team who will be deliberately trying to lose the game for the team, is that right?

In regards to the ping issue, can you try completing steps outlined in the following article, to see whether ping improves and keep us updated.

In regards to the communication problem - would you be able to kindly elaborate on this? Or is it the case where poor connectivity to the game servers is causing communication to be poor as well? Let us know!

To get a better idea about the issue you're having, could you advise whether you happen to receive any error message when crash occurs, and also, does your game crash on launch or whilst in-game? If it is whilst in-game, did you notice whether there are any particular actions you do in-game prior to it?

In the meantime, taking into account that you have done a number of troubleshooting steps, have a look at the following article and try completing the ones you haven't yet, to see whether issue persists.

Hey pledgeofdemon,

Thanks for your response there and I am sorry that steps advised didn't get you anywhere.

I'm not sure whether you had already, but if you do suspect that this is in relation to limitations from your ISP, I would say that in order to check whether that is the case indeed, try connecting to the game whilst using a different connection, such as mobile hotspot (as an example), and see what happens, as this will help to narrow the root of the issue.
