Hi @dominantboy I can confirm that this issue has been reported previously.

This can occur with various items, however it is only a display issue and you would be unable to purchase the item again, if you attempted to do this you would encounter an online service error. After the error is presented it is likely that the item will refresh in Reda's shop and appear as owned.

Hi @Gummiguran I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the mystery 'Carpe Diem' in Dawn of Ragnarok.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

  • That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen on the main menu screen before loading your save.
  • That you have the Power of Rebirth Hugr-Rip ability and the Instant Horde upgrade.
  • That you cannot resurrect Bo using the Power of Rebirth.

Hi @TPierce1961 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the quest 'An Uncommon Proposition'.

I have checked and can see that there was an issue for this particular quest reported in January 2021, however the issue was with Birstan being stuck and the bears do not attack. This issue was resolved with update 1.2.2.1.

As the photos are uploaded to the photomode website it does appear to be a visual glitch in game.

Hi @funzers_1971 when reporting an issue we do request a video demonstrating it yes. We also may provide troubleshooting to try depending on the issue itself.

All issues are reported to the development team who will then investigate, try to reproduce them and then work on a fix.

As mentioned previously in this thread the game is nearing the end of its development cycle, therefore the development team may be unable to address issues that are not considered a high priority.

Hi @dominantboy I can confirm that the error code [0x20100302] was reported and investigated and the development team confirmed that this was not a defect and that the error occurs when the player executes too many actions to process for the server, for example when hovering the cursor on any picture too many times too quickly.

For the issue with photos disappearing from the map, this was also reported previously and the issue was resolved with update 1.5.3 and we haven't received any other reports since then.

Hi @hllli_1414 I'm afraid it is not possible to remove a DLC separately once it was installed on the PS4. To remove a DLC, you will need to uninstall the full game and then reinstall it without the DLC. 

Please note if you have already started the DLC for Assassin's Creed Valhalla then you would be unable to load your save file without having the DLC installed as you will receive an error 'Missing Add-ons'.

Hi @prinxepretty I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to complete the mystery 'Dearly Bee-Loved'.

I can confirm that this is not a glitch and is working as intended. The NPC 'Gill' who gave you the letter moves from his original location on top of the stone wall a bit further down near a wooden bench where his is talking to the NPC who you gave the letter to. After the dialogue ends the mystery should complete. I have attached an image below to show where the NPC's should be.

@merk-tha-jerk I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists. I know that DS4 is a popular emulator that PC players use when using a PS4 controller.

Do you have a wired mouse that you could plug in to see if that makes any difference? If so could you please try using it.

Also if you have got another PS4 controller could you try using that too.

Hi @MRUCURRY I'm sorry to hear that there was no enemy to fight in the Kaldstad arena.

I have merged your post with this thread as another player also experienced this. They quit and did another run and the enemy spawned next time.

I have reported this issue to the development team to investigate.
