Can you also confirm if this occurs when you remove one or several equipped items from Eivor's loadout or does it only occur when you clear the full loadout?

I'm unsure which of the two issues you are classing as game breaking, however I can confirm that neither of those are game breaking issues.

The issue with completed quests is a visual bug and the Mild Hunt quest is a side quest that rewards you with a small amount of silver when completed and has no impact on game progression.

Fortunately the issue with the Mild Hunt side quest is due to be fixed with a future update, please keep checking the megathread for updates.

@TheNorfolkian sorry for the confusion. What I meant is to close the menu screen and return to the game so that you can see the loadout has updated on Eivor.

In the video you clear the loadout then go straight to the map and return to England.

@dominantboy exactly, issues that block progression are obviously considered to have a higher impact on players than something such as a visual glitch.

However, we do still appreciate all of the bugs and glitches that are reported as well as any feedback that you may have.

Hi @dominantboy I can confirm that this is a known issue that was reported some time ago.

After thorough investigation, the development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking into a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.

I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for and can only apologise.

Hi @Crooked_Tooth I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to confirm the kill on the Zealot 'Kendall'.

I have reported this issue to the development team to investigate.

In the meantime I would suggest trying the following if you haven't already done so.

  • Go to the location of the Zealot then create a manual save and exit the game. Then try loading the newly created manual save to see if the Zealot respawns.
  • Go to the location of the Zealot then try meditating to see if the Zealot respawns.

Hi @TheNorfolkian I have noticed in the video that you provided two examples. In the first example you have your 5th gear loadout selected, you clear it then immediately fast travelled back to England and when you wake up you have the same loadout you had before you cleared it.

In the second example you had your 1st gear loadout selected then you clear the 5th gear loadout and immediately fast travelled back to England and when you wake up the gear from your 1st loadout has been copied into the 5th loadout.
