I'm sorry to hear that the names of those hair and beard styles are missing. Just to rule a couple of things out, I'd ask that you run through this super quick troubleshooting for me.

If that doesn't work, can you update me with a few screenshots showing these as missing and make sure your latest save is uploaded to the cloud so I can get this information passed along to the appropriate teams?

I'm sorry you're having some trouble claiming that outfit as well. You would need to make sure you've launched both games on the same account. Unfortunately, owning both isn't quite enough.

If you're still not able to claim it despite meeting the requirements, I'd recommend creating a Support Case with the screenshots mentioned above to see if we can get this figured out with you.

I definitely understand your frustration about needing to win another dice challenge, especially since I'm not very good at it myself.
