So that we can take a closer look into this, could you grab us a couple of images or a short video clip showing that you've pledged to Grantebridge and that The Great Scattered Army isn't showing up in your Quests or as a quest marker?

I'm sorry reinstalling that DLC didn't help @ezi01499.

I went ahead and made sure your information had been forwarded over to the appropriate teams to try to help them get this sorted out.

Are you unable to interact with the corpse to start the fight?

If so, could you grab me an image of your game showing as updated to the latest version so I can get this passed over to our teams?

Just to rule out a few things, I'd like you to run through these quick troubleshooting steps.

  • Does it occur with any other games aside from Assassin's Creed Valhalla? ( I know you said it didn't seem to happen with Far Cry 6, but just covering bases. )

Just out of curiosity, does this occur if you're using just your laptop screen without an attached monitor?

Could you also check to make sure you're running from your dedicated GPU?

Hey @kadaj86. I'm sorry that you've run into the same error and that those steps didn't help you.

I'd like to ask you a few questions to better help me check into what's happening here.

  • Do you see this message any time you try to access Reda's shop or the in-game store or is it random?
  • Are you doing anything in particular before you see the error?
  • Did you just complete a specific mission and which mission is currently set as active when it happens or has it been varied each time?
  • What gear do you have equipped? Does the error occur no matter what gear you have equipped?
  • Do you notice anything else odd or unusual in-game before you see the error?

If the base game was purchased from Epic Games, the DLC would also need to be purchased from Epic Games in order to be compatible.
