Hey there @flowingbinkie70!

If you bring up your Quick Action Wheel, you should be able to use "Return to Settlement". Did you see that as an option in the wheel or was it missing for you?

I'm also sorry that you lost all of your stuff once you died and returned to the Settlement, but this is working as intended.

I know this isn't really the answer you were hoping for and my apologies for that and for the frustration caused by the situation.

I'm sorry your ability keeps disappearing when you load into Svartalfheim, but I would like to ask a few things:

  • Does this happen regardless of whether you use Quick Save or load in using a manual save?
  • Could you also grab us a screenshot of your Hungr-Rip and their DoR blacksmith page?
  • Could you make sure your latest save file is uploaded to the cloud?

Did you remember when this happened for both of the missing spears? Aside from having them equipped, was there any action taken before they disappeared?

Also, did they both disappear in the same area or in different areas of the map?
