Thank you for this information enderzone2002o, if you would like to help report other keyboard and mouse console cheaters to us, please make sure to either use the 'Report A Player' tool in game to report a cheater, or contact us in private through our Support sites with the following information -

- What platform you were playing on?
- Exact time and date of match if possible
- What was the cheater doing?
- Suspected cheater names / where they playing in a clan?
- Any video clips of the match clearly demonstrating cheating

Once you can provide us with all of this information we will be happy to pass this onto our security team, thank you.

To quote our Support article on this -

Some of the music we use in our games is our own. However, some titles are licensed and owned by the artists. If you post a video with licensed music on a video website, it may result it a copyright strike from the website. To avoid this, we recommend that you turn off the music in the game if you plan to record a gameplay sequence.

Can I ask do you monetize your Rainbow Six Siege videos on your channel? If so your video will not be blocked and these notifications are only meant to inform you that another entity, in this case BMG has wholly monetized this content within the system. We advise against disputing these claims unless you have a direct license from the claim owner BMG.

Thanks everyone for getting in touch with us about your Loadouts resetting when playing Event modes. This has now been confirmed fixed.

Hello i_Dobby_ thank you for contacting us about your Epic game purchase and sorry to see you are unable to launch the game without it asking for a key. Would you be able to try the following exit program steps, then let me know if this resolves this launching issue for you -

• Close the Epic Games Launcher.
• Go to your system tray, at the bottom right side of your screen.
• Find the Epic Games Launcher icon and right-click the icon.
• Select Exit from the menu that appears.
• Go back to the system tray and check if the Ubisoft Connect logo is there.
• If it is, right-click the logo.
• Select Quit from the menu that appears.
• Lastly, restart the Epic Games Launcher and launch your Ubisoft game.

If this does not work, could you instead launch the Ubisoft Connect launcher as administrator, find the game in your library and launch the game from Ubisoft Connect instead to see if this method stops the game asking for ... Read more

Hello DEX_Sevant, sorry to hear about the crash you experienced.

Has this happened in game to you often? Did the game crash to desktop for you or freeze in game?

We are unable to lift any sanctions you may have received for disconnecting from the game but we can help you try to troubleshoot this issue, if it happens often to you.

Hello everyone, this issue was reported as resolved for players affected by this in late December.

If this is not the case for you and you are not game sharing on console, please make sure to contact us through our Support websites with your proof of purchase for the Game Pass.

This will need to show your account name, date and transaction ID and will need to be uncropped.

You can find this information from the Xbox orders website - https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Hell Illilllilliiili, the reason we have not shared anything else with players is because we have no update on this to share. Our QA team are investigating this issue, we have acknowledged this on all Rainbow Six Siege forums and on our Ubisoft Support website where we have a banner informing players of the situation. When we have more news on a fix for this, a patch or anything else we can share, it will most likely be posted in our pinned thread above. Thank you.

Hello everyone, thank you for contacting us about your missing Operators on console.

To clarify on why some players may be missing Operators, if you are game sharing on Xbox, please read on -

For Xbox users, the game will allow you to play the game on different Microsoft accounts, as long as these accounts are used on the same console. Players can not share the game across separate Xbox consoles.

If your edition of the game came with Yearly Pass Operators, you should be able to share these with another account on the same console too, as their licence is tied to your base game.

However
, Xbox players are not able to share operator bundles bought from within the in-game store, Operators purchased from the Microsoft store, or operators unlocked with renown. These can only be used on the Xbox account that purchased / unlocked them originally.

Usually a player will receive a warning and their profile picture will be banned if it is inappropriate for several reasons. If you try to reupload the image or use another inappropriate image you will receive a permeant ban from uploading custom avatars.

The following images will be banned -
• Condones terrorism
• Condones fascism
• Displays child abuse or show pictures of children
• Is in any way religious, political, prone to creating controversy or division
• Shows violent acts
