Hi everyone, if you would like us to check your account for the skin entitlement, we should be able to see if this had been added to your account on our side at least and may be able to add this to your account.

If you contact us through our support site and submit proof that you completed the challenge, we should be able to add your player names to our investigation of players affected.

Hello DNZR_OnYT, thanks for posting in the forums.

Regrettably at this time, operators are not cross platform, so you will not be able to use the Operators you have unlocked on console on PC, but instead start afresh and unlock these Operators on PC unless you buy a version of the game on PC which already comes with certain Operators, you will need to unlock them with renown or credits again.

Hey jentie2008, thanks for reaching out. I have checked your case number and can see it is in the correct que for your region, but is still awaiting a response.

We will be working over the Holiday period with the exception of the 25th December so your case should hopefully be responded to soon, sorry for any delays anyone.

If you have a case currently for a ban, please make sure during this time you submit any information you think is relevant to help prove your innocence, please remember bans can be placed for multiple reasons including - Cheating / hacking, offensive language / behaviour / threats, obtained accounts through buying and selling and repeated toxicity reports.

Hey GotDayum, thanks for the heads up, I have removed this from our Ubisoft Support quoted post also as well and have 'removed' this spam advertising account.

If you see anything else that raises concern, please don't hesitate to us the 'report a post' tool under the players avatar on their post. Thank you for your help.

Hello PahMST, this has been an ongoing issue with every update of Siege and is usually caused by a corrupted local save and can often be resolved by replacing it with a new save file.

To resolve this issue please follow the steps in the dedicated support article, if you scroll down it will link how to do this on PS4 -

Hello Jackbrown2930, thanks for getting in touch with us and welcome to the forums.

Please note with any queries to do with MMR no Ubisoft agent has the ability to add or remove MMR on your account, we do not have any tool to do this, this is solely controlled by the game.

This was under investigation by the team and was reported as resolved a few days ago. Has this happened to you in the last 3 days and if so do you have the exact time and date of the match please as well as timezone?

Hey w1lla, thanks for posting.

Are you able to screenshot how this appears in the game for you and show us how the actual flag should look? Perhaps uploading an image to a image sharing site such as Imgur so we can check this is the same for everyone.

I will then happily report this for you if it has not been reported already, thank you.

Hi smashingdeluxe, sorry to hear you are having connection issues after the last update.

To boost your connection to the servers have you tried any troubleshooting or opening some ports on your router to directly connect to the Trackmania servers for a better consistent connection?

Do you have only one Ubisoft Account and only one Epic account and have you linked them together correctly?
