Hi everyone, thanks for enquiring about this, at this moment we are still investigating players affected and I have added your names to our report on this, that our QA team are checking.

There is two instances which can happen - you do not think you have received the Holiday 2020 pack at all, in this instance we are able to double check your accounts for the added pack to see if it has been added on our side.

The second instance of this is, players receive a duplicate operator or skin instead of the Ash elf skin.

If you believe you have been given a duplicate skin instead after checking your loadouts please let us know back in your support cases and also this thread and we can update this on the QA teams report.

- Press the Windows button + S then type CMD
- Right click on command prompt and run as administrator
- When Command Prompt opens, type the following exactly as it appears - ipconfig /flushdns
- Let the computer finish running its task

Hello SJ.Boombossbro thanks for getting in contact, I do not believe this falls under software that can get you banned from the game, as it is not a cheating or hack program, but just to be sure I will reach out to the team for confirmation.

Thanks everyone for helping to answer this question, at the moment we do not have cross play enabled for Siege, only for the PlayStation upgrade from one generation to the next, PS4 to PS5 and the same set up for the Xbox current consoles.

If this ever changes it will most likely be posted about on Sieges official Twitter page.

Hello aknowsia, thank you for getting in contact about this.

For now, cross save progression and in-game items for Siege are only available when you are upgrading.

So if you are a console player and upgrading from Xbox One to Series X. Or if you are a PlayStation player and you are upgrading from PS4 to PS5.

Hello there guest-oBqyGXyz, if you are banned from playing Rainbow Six Siege on any platform, this will also ban that Ubisoft Account you are currently using from ever being able to play the game again.

If you are refferring to the fact you were banned from the PlayStation platform and not actually banned from the game Rainbow Six Siege, you will need to get in touch with us through our support website so that we can help you unlink your old PlayStation account and link a new one, please be advised we can only link 1st party accounts for players once.

You can get in touch with us about your PlayStation ban through these channels, pleas make sure to give us as all the past usernames and current usernames you wish to use for PSN -

Thanks for confirming this Rimuru_San, this error code usually mean the matchmaking has timed out as you were unable to find a game.

Players are able to appeal their permanent bans but can do so only once. If a player has been banned for toxicity this is usually because there have been multiple reports of toxicity on their account.

Thanks for your feedback on this M0stl3l4cksrb4d, however please understand using offensive language and displaying toxicity is a bannable offense if we receive a number of reports about a player, so please use the 'Report a Player' tool in game instead, if you have witnessed this or been offended by this.

Please do not retaliate, as this could end up with your account being reported also.

I apologize if you were received this ban, unfortunately Ubisoft Support staff do not have the ability to lift temporary sanction bans or replace MMR.

If these crashes are happening to you often, are you using any additional software that may have contributed to the crash in the game? If you use any of these programs whilst playing the game would you please disable them in Task Manager before launching the game -

Hey Xyresic. sorry to hear this, when a player tries to make multiple unsuccessful purchases from either Ubisoft Connect or via Steam, this can flag a players account and cause a lock to stop the player from being able to make any more purchases, this usually lasts 48 hours, then you should be able to purchase after that.
