Hi everyone, thanks for getting in touch about this, we have a few threads popping up about the same issue so I will merge them into one.

This issue is currently under investigation by the QA team and the game team are aware of this. Please make sure you have tried both Vulkan mode and directX versions of the game, please also make sure you have unplugged and peripherals such as usb devices you are not currently using other then MnK.

Please also make sure you have no background applications running other than the game and the launcher. You can check this through Task Manager and disabling other programs on the start up tab to make sure nothing is running in the background such as VoIP, Overclocking software or RGB controllers that may effect behaviour in the game.

When we have more information to share from the team investigating a fix, we will do our best to update you here.

Thank you for the link friend, I can now download those images if I need to report this up. I still have another 10GB to download to go I will let you know what happens once I have been able to test this to rule anything out. In the meantime hopefully another Dualshock4 Steam users may be able to post their experience with this in the thread too.

Thanks for the update The_Cosdor, so both versions of the game will not detect bluetooth input for the game only wired? I will try downloading the game via Steam and see if I get the same result, thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.

Are you able to post a screenshot or link us to a screenshot of your gamepad settings in Steam and also in the games settings so I can try to replicate this myself?

Hey The_Cosdor, nice avatar, thanks for getting back to us.

This is the first post I have come across this for this issue with the dualshock not working, it may also be worth checking Steams own discussions for any other players having an issue with Dualshock4 support.

Can you confirm if this is does not work for the DirectX version of the game and also the Vulkan mode version of the game? Have you had the opportunity to install both versions and test this? We seem to be having different issues affecting Vulkan mode since the latest Neon dawn update.

Can I also check as a workaround, if you completely unplug the mouse and keyboard and start the game in big picture mode does it still have the same issue?

Hey everyone, thank you for posting about your MMR and sorry to see some of you received abandon sanctions after being disconnected.

Just to be clear, we are unable to add or remove MMR or renown on any players account, we simply do not have that tool as it is handled by the game and the game alone, however we can tell you what points you have received for your latest matches.

This sounds like mainly a visual error that we are aware of that affects the game and unofficial stat trackers, but it should display correctly account side for us to view so you should still receive MMR.

If you would like us to check your MMR and renown gains and losses please reach out to us privately. We can check your account and after verifying you as the account owner we can tall you on our side, exactly what points you lost or gained for your last few matches.

Hi FiftyStorm2 thanks for the reply and keeping us updated.

We have opened an investigation into this and have had our audio dev testers check out the clip and try to reproduce on their side. At the moment it only seems to affect headphone users.

We have been asked to gather other players feedback on this and video clips for the investigation at the moment, but we are unable to give an ETA on when this is likely to be fixed.

If we receive any similar reports I will try my best to merge all of these threads together in one place once we can review the clips to make sure it is the same issue players are reporting.

I am sorry to see you may have been affected by DDOS whilst playing Siege. Thank you for recording a video of this as evidence.

We are always working on ways to tackle DDoS and encourage players to report this to us through our social media pages and Ubisoft Support website to help us locate these types of hackers so we can permanently ban them from the game.

Hey xcel30, thanks for getting back to us on this.

I have checked your account and can not see the bundle as owned, I believe you are experiencing a visual glitch with the new news banner, as a few of our players from a similar location to you have reported the same issue, so thank you for bringing it to our attention also. Hopefully we should be able to update the game soon to change the new banner in game.

Thanks for sharing your solution BruhJustQuit-_- in case any of our other players have the same issue with ADS, there are a lot of guides on the internet for the new ADS settings, I believe we had a good guide from the Shadow Legacy update when they tweaked ADS. Here is the guide, hopefully it may help you -

Don't forget you can always delete the gamesettings.ini if you want to make any changes go back to default.

Hey Sib3riX., thanks for letting us know this I am sorry your other 3090 is affected by this also. If you could record a video of your fans stopping and when accessing the operator selection, this will be very welcome so that we can report this, the more information we can gather the better. Are you also able to screenshot your task manager performance tab when running the game too?

No problem Sib3riX. hopefully another 3090 user will be able to share their experience. Please do try to test the game on Vulkan mode also. I can not stress enough though to also reach out to Nvidia as too in the meantime as I haven't heard any news about performance related issues with game with the 3090 series cards, only the 3080 founders edition cards up until this point.

It is worth asking as well, do you happen to be overclocking your GPU or CPU or running any overclocking software such as afterburner as we recommend not doing this when playing our games if you can and just using the base, out of the box specs of the graphics cards and CPU.

As you are the first person to bring this to our attention we will need to wait for more reports to come in from other players using the same 3090 GPU to see if this is affecting any other models other than just the EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra.

Have you tried the game in both DirectX versions and Vulkan versions and does the same behaviour happen? Would you also be able to screenshot us your Task Manager screen when selecting Operators to see if any other components are affected and what their performance is running at when your fans stop spinning?

I would also ask you to if you haven't already done so reach out to Nvidia about this too through this website to see if they are aware of this, as this may require a driver hotfix - ... Read more

Hello t7sees.com, I can see your case was replied to two days ago with an update.

MMR gains and loss are based on your skill rating, performance as a team and your uncertainty stat. Winning/Losing a ranked match will now give a minimum of 25 +/- MMR gain or loss.

The game is confident the rank you have been placed in is correct, so you will have a low uncertainty stat, meaning the game will reward you less MMR.

After your placement matches and gaining your Rank, the game has a good idea of what skill you have and what uncertainty of winning stat you have if you have been playing the game for some time. If you place at a lower rank then you did the previous season update this is another reason why you would receive less MMR, as you personally played better in the last season.
