Hello Dj.Bacon, sorry to see you are unable to make a purchase, we have had a few delays answering players at the moment after the launch of our new games so we are trying to play catch up.

Could you please try making this purchase with the Steam Overlay disabled.

Go to - Settings/Preferences > In-game tab. Uncheck the box next to 'Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game'

Please also try disabling your VPN if using one before making the purchase.

Let me know if you are then able to make a purchase?

Hello muddxy,

Have you been able to make a support case for this from our website or social media pages? Do you have a case number? These sort of items can only be added to players accounts after verifying ownership of the account which is why we are unable to properly assist with missing charms over the forums.

For any content that you have missing from the game, you are able to make a case for current and the last/previous event content that you may be missing so please do not worry about that if your missing charms are from November we have plenty of time to help you with those.

Hey EverybodyBeCool, apologise for the delays getting back to you, please note though this will only cause further delays by opening more cases, unless of course what you mean is that you have opened a separate case for each charm that you are missing, then this is the best practice.

I would be unable to help you with the Twitch Major Charm as we could only find Gold on your account watch time and for that I apologise, but going forward it would be best to use that watch time command as proof of your watch time, if you still continue to have trouble with future drops.

Can I ask for your Twitch subscription to Pengu screenshot have you added that to your cases to help get this charm activated on your account?

This usually means the game is connected to either the wrong Steam account or the wrong Ubisoft account.

Hey EverybodyBeCool, just to be clear as you have mentioned watching several streams and I know from watching them myself, sometimes the times of the streams overlap.

Are you watching multiple streams at once on your computer in different windows, as Twitch Drops can only be added on one stream at a time, so any other stream would not be counted as being watched if you had more then one window open and were watching on the same account or on different devices on the same account. I just want to be sure if you know this already, to be clear? Thank you.

Hello, welcome to the Siege forums.

We would usually ask you to wait 24 hours for the drops to appear on your Twitch account, however these drops may not be pushed to your account until the particular stream event has actually concluded. Some streaming events can last for several days such as pro league tournaments.

Please note not all drops are guaranteed by watch time, some drops are random and are rewarded by your probability going up after a certain amount of watch time.

If the event has concluded and you still have yet to receive your rewards and drops, we would need to help you with this over a support case.

Hello bartirix, thank you for getting in touch about this and thanks for letting us know about this issue.

As this has not been patched for you in the latest update, can you try making a new save file and campaign and letting us know if this behaviour repeats itself with that save after the update?

Would you be able to also check these statistics with all farms and production sites to confirm which is affected or if all are affected? I would like to be able to report this onto the QA team to try and reproduce on their side.

Hello George-Mars, thanks for posting and welcome to the forums.

Was your ship inventory full when you accepted new tasks which may have resulted in you losing the item? Are you able to travel back and forth from the new world to the old world after playing DLC to see if it shows up in one of your harbours?

Worst case scenario, do you have an autosave you can reload to check the moment you last had the Sceptre and then back track on your current save?

Hey Takingsides, sorry to hear this and thanks for posting about it in the forums.

As you have enabled the new DLC on your current save, could you try verifying your game files first as this can often fix a multitude of problems and synch problems with the game -

Next if this doesnt not fix this issue in game and unlock the tiers, are you able to load up a previous manual or autosave that was saved before you enabled the new DLC as a test, then enable the DLC when prompted and see if the issue repeats itself?

Hi everyone,

I reached out to the Anno 1800 team and they confirmed that this is indeed intended. Sorry to disappoint about this function, I have passed this feedback on as a desirable function for the players.

To quote the team -
This function is intended, houses can be placed with a larger density as well as being the most used building. The upgrade shortcut also works for warehouses. Those are the only buildings can be upgraded at the moment.

Hello Dionne87, apologies for any confusion, I wasn't aware of the control and Q function as we did not have this listed in our shortcut keys document, so I have since amended it, I have to admit I rarely use shortcut keys in the game personally too.

Can you repeat this behavior in any campaign mode or sandbox mode you play or is it only that save file that seems to be affected? I would like to know how often this can be reproduced? I will also test this myself now.

Usually only the player has purchased the extra content such as DLC or vanity items like ornaments, should be the only to have access to them, in a multiplayer game.

Thanks for letting us know your progress with DX11 robains.

I know some of our players would prefer to run the game in the newer DX12 and this has been fed back to the Anno team for optimization. As it stands, Anno 1800 seems to run better for most players on DX11 without issue.

I am sorry to see you are disappointed you just missed out on getting a bargain. Have you launched the game since purchasing the game a week ago?

You can request a refund for a digital order within 14 days of making a purchase as long as the game has not been launched.

Return requests for digital products can be submitted by selecting the 'Ask for a refund link' next to the relevant product on the Order History page of the Ubisoft Store.
