Hello everyone, I am in the process of reporting this now, is it possible you could send me a screenshot of the chat showing as disabled?

Also has either of you checked your default key binds, is it possible that you have text chat set to a different button other than T? Just to be sure to check these types of things too before we escalate this to the team.

Can either of you remember a date when this issue first appeared for you?

Would you also be able to tell me the location you are in also in case this is a regional issue?

Hello akkun-._--e-.-, welcome to the forums, are you able to screenshot us the error you receive here for any other players that may be having the same issue?

At the moment there is an issue with Twitch Major drops not counting viewing time for some players, for others they receive a Twitch Drop notification 1 day after the Stream ends and then have a 14-18 hour wait for the drops to appear in their game after that. We are busy investigating this but have no new updates, however if you could share with us a screenshot of your error message we can add this to our report to see if this is related.

Hey stjohn1966, that's no problem, I respect you are passionate about the game so no worries there, we feel your frustration around things like this too as gamers ourselves, its disappointing to not be able to tell a player good news or the fact an issue has been ongoing for so long, but hopefully there is a light at then end of the tunnel for this issue, as always we can only pass the information on from the team that they give us.

In regards to the T-Hunt renown seemingly not been awarded visually, but it IS actually awarded on to the players account side, the QA team are aware of this too and hoping to resolve this issue also by the next update.

Would you be able to try the following fixes for me for purchasing Steam Siege Credits? -

If you are using any VPN software, please make sure to disable your VPN when making trying to make the purchase.

For some people it seems to be a regional issue, could you also temporarily switch your data centre to your native data centre if possible before making the purchase?

At the moment our current server locations for Siege are -
- east us, central us, southcentral us, west us, brazil south
- north europe, west europe
- south africa north
- east asia, south east asia, japan west
- australia east, australia south east

Hey BlackPseud0nym, thanks for posting and welcome to the forums.

I've checked your account and can see you own the base copy of the PC game, I've added the Test Server to your account, please try logging out of the Ubisoft Connect launcher then back in and see if it allows you to download it from the Games Library.

If anyone else is missing the Test Server for Rainbow SIx Siege and you have the base PC game, please try logging out and back into the launcher and checking the Games Library. If the Test Server still doesn't appear for you, comment below and we will try our best to add it to players accounts! Thank you!

Thank you for providing that screenshot that clears things up a little and is very helpful as I can see this is a different issue to what I thought it was initially.

I can see you had two cases about this but one was closed mid troubleshooting and another asked you to troubleshoot your browser settings and also try a different browser other than chrome.

Have you been able to unlink your Twitch account from your Ubisoft account to try and rectify this problem? You would also need to do this via the Twitch platform too.

Hi everyone, we are still looking into this issue and have no updates to give at the moment unfortunately.

Most players affected on Xbox seem to be using Xbox Game Pass, according to our reports and forum posts about this. Please make sure you are using your own Xbox console where you purchased the game to play, you can use different accounts on the same Xbox console however.

Most players affected on PS4 seem to not have their console they are playing on set as their Primary PlayStation 4 in the consoles settings, as no form of game sharing or content sharing is allowed on the Playstation 4 version of Siege.

We will update you when we know more, I have reached out to the team investigating to see if there is any information we can help gather that will help.

Can I just check are you using the free trial of Geforce Now? This will give you a 1 hour gaming session then boot you out the game after that 1 hour is up. Would you be able to clarify please then we can look into this further for you

Hey Mad_Dog8762, thanks for trying the verifying files step.

Do you know what your CPU usage is when running the game if you check through Task Manager? I do not want to rule out system files, software or connectivity problems just yet.

These are some of the troubleshooting steps I would advise running through for performance and FPS lag issues -

- Enable Vsync in the menu and in your GPU Nvidia software
- Check you meet the minimum requirements for the game and how much of your Vram you may be using
- Update your GPU drivers, update Windows OS and update your Network Card drivers
- Re-install any supporting software required for the game
- Check to see if running conflicting software in the background (disable them and perform a clean boot
- Check if using Dedicated GPU
- Perform some connectivity troubleshooting
- Remove other devices from network
- Use Ethernet instead of WIFI

Just so you are aware a player can have more than one Ubisoft Account at the moment, but using those accounts to smurf foes against our Terms of Use for those accounts and can result in you account being closed if reported.

We would usually ask you to wait 24 hours for credits to appear in your account, which obviously you have done now.

As this is more of a feedback on what we can do to improve the game against these types of players, I will move this to the General Discussion area.

Please make sure to use the 'Report A Player' function in game as this give us everything we need to know about bot players, such as match report, date and time and the 'players' name.

Hello DogtorFlashbank thanks for getting in contact about your crashes after the last update.

As you said you are running WIndows 7, are you using the 64 bit version, as this is the only version that will run Rainbow Six Siege.

To check if you are running 32 bit or 64 bit, please run a dxdiag first by following this guide - https://ubi.li/bfvV9

For issues such as crashes to desktop, screen freeze and black screens on launch there are several troubleshooting steps I would advise taking to resolve this as these are the most well known fixes to these types of problems -
