Thank you for confirming and thank you for the screenshot perhapsanap, I will add this to the report.

Have you also tried verifying your game files and reinstalling the game? If you gave tried those steps, are you still unable to use the new portraits when starting a new game or add the ornaments to your town such as the duck pond?

Thanks for the screenshot also AsWarning.

What paid for DLC content have you no longer access to as certain parts of DLC are only unlockable after progressing so far through the game, if you could let me know?

Can I just make sure your DLC was purchased in the same launcher such as Ubisoft Connect, as DLC bought from other launchers may not be compatible if the base game was bought in Anno 1800 - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000062891

Hello PCCrack, by all means you can ask for a refund if the provided troubleshooting does not fix this issue for you.

The troubleshooting given is what worked previously for players when the issue occurred in a previous update for Anno 1800.

Thanks for clarifying that AsWarning, I had to be sure first of all where you bought the extra DLC content first.

I have all of the DLC content and Rewards unlocked on my version of the game too, but the rewards are not usable for me either when starting a new campaign after just installing the latest update. I will do some troubleshooting too and see if I am able to unlock them like some of the previous players were able to in this thread. I will let you know the outcome after running some tests over the next few hours.

In the meantime, I have added all the information you have given me to help with our investigation so thank you for being a good sport, I hope I can update you with a solution soon.

Hello everyone, thanks for reporting this.

A similar issue was reported in another thread with the Research Institute behaviour. This player was able to pick up the quest using this method before acquiring a blueprint. Please see the 22 minute mark into the video - https://youtu.be/P1P5jTWrVxI?t=1332

Hi everyone, thanks for commenting about this.

It seems we may have an issue since the update with running the game on DIrectX 12 for some players, but before I speculate on this, can you all please make sure you have updated to the latest version of DirectX12 first?

- Press the Windows Key and type DXDIAG, then click on the app's logo to run it
- On the first System Information tab, it should tell you at the bottom which version of Direct X you are currently using
- Next go to Windows Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates
- Next, locate this folder and C:\Anno 1800\Support\DirectX\DXSETUP click on the app and run the DXDiag set up.

After updating your version of DirectX 12 and try launching the game, does it work without issue?

Next please try launching the game using DirectX11 also.

Hello Daimkrysset, I can see you were able to open a case for this issue over a year ago, but never submitted your msinfo files. If you want us to continue our investigation, you can reopen your case anytime by posting on it from the Support Website? - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-US/Cases

Some players had a similar issue but only with DX12 whereas you seem to be having this issue with both DX11 and DX12 which is unusual.

Hello Saefr35, I have just checked over the files you have uploaded but can see you are still running many programs on start up that conflict with some of our games as they can be CPU intensive and affect the performance as well as occasionally crash the game. COuld you please make sure to do a complete clean boot correctly. Hello Brasszo.Atrium,

We are busy looking into why players believe they have not received the Twitch Charms, however they still have until the event ends on the 30th to show up in your account.

Are you able to watch the stream and use a !command function in the chat, to bring up a link that will display chat commands such as your overall watch time? We may be able to use this as proof you watched the streams for the desired amount of time.

Hello EverybodyBeCool, I have checked over your case details and can see Support is in the process of adding your Pengu charm to your account and updated your case via email to let you know about your current Major charms.

As with any content and Twitch Drops, sometimes these can take 24 hours after a stream to appear on your account, however some drops will not appear on your account until the event ends which in this case is the 30/11/2020.

As you seem to be having trouble collecting these rewards, I would recommend using the command in the streamschat - !command

This should show you a list of commands you can use in the chat to find out certain bits of information such as !watchtime !stats !checkme etc this varies by each stream.

If you can screenshot this information when watching a stream, it may better help you acquire your rewards after the Streams end on the 30th November, whilst we investigate why certain players watch tim... Read more

That's definitely a bug! Is there any particular rewards that you get duplicates of or is it all of them?

You can redeem them if you wish, but please note the duplicates may one day disappear from your account after an update or a patch.

Are you able to record a clip of this sound bug you are experiencing since the update and what game modes are they affecting you in? If you can provide us with any evidence and more information of when this affects you exactly, on what maps, in what game modes, with what operator, we will be able to pass this onto the QA team to reopen the investigation.

Hi FateAcid, sorry to hear you are experiencing issued=s trying to download the patch.

The first step I would suggest you take it to verify Sieges game files. If there are any missing files or corrupted game files or supporting software, verifying the games files should fix them.

Next completely log out of Ubisoft Connect close down the program, then try relaunching it to see if the game still prompts you to download the update.
