Hello @bigeppy thanks for getting in touch with us about this quest.

After moving the rock so your friends can pass over the lava, are you able to run ahead and initiate a fight with the guards at the entrance? Will the players then spawn closer to you if you run out of the cave?

If not, are you able to capture a video clip of this so we can report this to our QA team to take a look at?

PlayStation consoles should give you an option to record a clip using the share button on your controller, then your console will ask if you would like to upload this to YouTube or Twitter, where you can then share the URL link with us, for us to be able to view.

We don't have any discount planned for Year 7 in the forum of the VIP 10% off, as this was implemented previously for players who purchased our old Season Passes.

We have however now implemented battlepass tokens as part of Year 7, for players who purchase the premium battle passes.

The MENA servers should still be operational, but we are in the process of migrating some regional servers, so you could be connected to the incorrect one for your region.

in addition to this, do you currently have RAW input enabled in your control settings and if so, if you disable it do you notice an improvement?

Thanks for the follow-up Asterix201252, I have acquired your save files and images and created a new case for our Anno team to look into, to see if it is intended that after an update or DLC launch, resources, and their locations on the islands can change, even if playing on the same world seed.

We will do our best to update you when we have more information, or our QA team may need to ask you some more questions.

Thanks tsundak, I will mark this thread as answered, so other players can find this information about how to upgrade Dockland modules after exporting a certain amount of goods, more easily, so thank you for sharing your expereince of how you were able to upgrade your modules.

Hello @ibrahimozcicek1 thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you please make sure your 10 farms and tractors are only connected to 1x Fuel Station? If you have more than 1x Fuel Station, can you please try deleting this and leaving only one standing?

If you follow these steps and you are still having issue, please record a video clip that shows all your 10 farms and 10 tractors, only traveling to one Fuel Station in the area, so we can look into this, thanks!

Hello everyone, thanks for getting in touch with us about your inability to reconnect to a match in progress and your subsequent temporary ban.

Mid-game disconnections are something that can happen to any player having connection issues. The game will try to reconnect you to the match for an undetermined amount of time. Unfortunately, the only thing we can suggest when this happens is to quickly reset your router, to see if you can re-establish your connection to our servers in time, and reconnect to the match in progress that you disconnected from.
 
We are unable to remove these bans as they are handled by the game, but we can suggest is some connectivity troubleshooting to help prevent these mid-match disconnections from happening in the future.

Can you let me know if you have any other game launchers running in the background, that have their overlay enabled that could be causing conflict with taking screenshots, this could be Epic or Steam?
