For the purpose of our investigation, can you let us know if the crashes still happen after following the steps of our dedicated PC troubleshooting guide ?

It contains several steps that will help isolate the Issue, including by verifying the game files for anything missing/corrupted for example.

Should the crashes keep happening afterwards, or if you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us !
