Hey there.

That's strange. If it's still showing your library as empty can you try clearing your cache and restart Connect to see it it appears?

We're unfortunately not able to adjust MMR/ELO on an individual basis. Does this happen often? Does he receive a specific connection error at all?

That's really strange as as far as I'm aware we haven't received other reports of the DLC causing crashes but it does seem to be the case for you. As before please ensure your case is updated with that info and we'll report this to the Anno team once all troubleshooting has been exhausted. Thanks!

Hey there.

For bugs we typically do ask for video as standard, if it's something you can possible provide. The reason is that even with the save file some issues can be difficult to replicate or reproduce unless exact steps are followed and a video allows us to see exactly which steps have been taken.

If it's not possible for you to provide for us that's fine I'll let the team know. I can see that this issue has been reported to us previously but we haven't had too many instances so it appears this is quite a rare issue you've encountered so we...
