@Get-Hit Apologies for the frustration this issue has caused. The reason we request a video is because it helps us take a closer look into the process and steps you're taking, which it makes it easier for us to troubleshoot your issue. Also, if this were a bug that needed to be reported, the team will often want a video of the issue from us so that they can then attempt to reproduce the issue on their end, and from there work on fixing it.
If you feel inclined to create a video (you can even just record one on your phone) then please upload it to a website like YouTube or ...
Hey! Unfortunately, I don't have any information about when the next packs will be released. But I wanted to chime in anyway and thank you for bringing the Blood Elf pack to my attention. I had no idea that was a thing, and now I'm super excited. Maybe it's stereotypical, but I pretty much only played Blood Elves in WoW. I haven't touched the game in a while but it's still pretty cool to see.
As for the packs, I can only suggest to keep checking the in-game store for when something new is released. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hey everyone! Apologies for any confusion caused! The Ultimate Edition of Valhalla is no longer available, but it did include the Base Game, Ultimate Pack, and the Year One Season Pass. With the introduction of Dawn of Ragnarök, the Complete Edition became available. It contains the Base Game, Year One Season Pass, the Ultimate Pack, and the Dawn of Ragnarök expansion.
