I'm sorry that you're having trouble picking up this collectible. It looks like this used to be located in one area but changed to a different one. The current/updated location is: Foggy Bottom - Loc -1107, -523

Hey! I'm sorry to hear that you two have encountered a bug that causes your gun to not shoot correctly. I know you mentioned it seems to be rare when it happens, but if one of you would be able to get a video clip showing that this is happening, that would be super helpful! I can get the video passed along to the team and get this issue reported to them. Once you have the video clip, please upload it to a sharing website like YouTube or Google Drive and share the link here. Be sure the video isn't private so that we can view it.

@CarolinaReapin Hello! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like DX12 has caused performance issues in the past for other players as well, but these have since been resolved. If you're experiencing this issue, could you please record a short video clip from your game showing that the frame rate takes a hit when using DX12 vs not using it? Sorry that you are having trouble accessing the game. Since you have the Dawn of Ragnarök expansion but not the base game itself, you will need to purchase the base game before being able to access the expansion/DLC. Once you own both and have them installed, you shouldn't have any issues launching your game. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
