Hmm, that's a strange issue. Sorry that you're not able to promote the recruit correctly. I would suggest running through these troubleshooting steps to see if they help resolve this issue. If you're still unable to promote the recruit, would you mind getting us an image showing the option you see when trying to promote in the clan?

Sorry that you have run into this issue with the Season Pass rewards. Just to check, are you only missing the Level 56 rewards, or are you missing multiple? If you are missing more, please provide a list of all the rewards that are missing.

Also, were you able to check your mailbox/stash/apparel caches to see if any of the rewards were available there?

I would also suggest that you try to verify your game files and see if that helps resolve this issue.

Sorry to hear that your character has gone missing! Please note if your character was a hardcore character, we are unable to restore these. Also, deleted characters are only stored for 30 days after deletion. After that, they are wiped from the servers and are not recoverable.

@kevoroid Hi! The team is reporting that this issue is no longer present after TU15. They were able to collect all of the SHD caches located in the Two Bridges area. I would return to the area if you haven't yet, and see if you are able to collect all of the caches. If you are still unable to, please record a video showing that you opened all the caches but are still missing 4/5 so we can pass it along to the team. Thank you!

I'm sorry that you have not been able to locate the mask reward yet. Have you checked your mailbox and/or stash yet? It could be located there. If you still don't see the mask in your game, I'd suggest trying to verify your game files to see if that helps. Also, if it is still missing, please get us a screenshot of the reward showing as unlocked and your inventory showing it is not available. Thank you!

I'm sorry that you are having trouble accessing your game and that you are being prompted to enter another activation key/code. You shouldn't need to enter a different key/code so please do not purchase the game again! We can get this figured out. ๐Ÿ™‚

So that I can help look into this more on my end, could you let me know if you purchased the game from Steam, Epic, or Ubisoft Connect? Also, do you happen to be launching the game through Geforce Now?
