Please know that we are Ubisoft Support agents, so while we do our best to confirm issues on our end through our own gameplay, we aren't able to actually test out the issues or rollback errors, etc. as we are not part of the Dev team or QA team. This is why we pass along all the information players give us to the Dev teams, as they are the ones who actually figure out the issues and get them resolved. This is also why we ask for videos so often! The videos are very helpful for the teams to watch and get a better idea of what's going on so they can turn around and test it out themselves. I'm sorry that you're having trouble with the sound not working in your game! That makes it pretty much impossible to play, so let's see if we can get this figured out. You mentioned that it works when you reinstall the game or verify the files, could you let me know how long before the issue comes back? Does it seem like anything might be causing this to happen? For example, does the headset lose battery/need to be plugged in, and from that point on you don't hear the sound?

@patrikmicrosoft Hey! Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear that the issue was fixed for your friend but sorry that it is still not working correctly for you. Just to check, have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the game yet? If it isn't tracking the placement matches at all, you may need to give this a go and see if that helps fix the issue. @uranuo Hey! I'm sorry that you're also experiencing this issue. The good news is that the team is investigating this! But I do have a couple of questions to ask:

  • Does this only happen when playing the new event?
  • As soon as the infinite looping starts, does it carry over into other game modes as well?
