Sorry that you are having trouble getting the Pressure Cooking challenge completed. For this challenge, you need to successfully complete one situation in Rainbow Six Siege. Situations are different tutorial missions available in the Learning Area playlist. You should be able to navigate to the Learning Area within the game, and then you will see the Situations listed above Tutorials in the menu. Let me know if you have any trouble finding this or getting this challenge completed. Thank you!

I'm also sorry that you were having trouble purchasing the DLC for your preferred platform. If you're playing on Xbox Series X|S, I would suggest purchasing your content/DLC directly through the Xbox/console store, rather than our Ubisoft store website.
