Hello! Thank you for your report, I will make sure this is investigated.

I believe I fully understand your first issue. The filter should be cleared when moving to the Institute, however that is not what happens.

Can you please explain what is wrong with the catery filter?

Edit2: Just fixed. Had the wrong bit version of windows, therefore the game wouldnt run! Just fixed it and now its working!

Our team have investigated this thoroughly since they first implemented a patch. In their testing, webm files appear to work fully online.

Apologies for the inconvenience, we are aware of the loadout reset issue and our team is still working to get this resolved. As you say, this tends to happen with our newest playlists.

I'm not familiar with your missing weapon skin however. I am correct in saying this was a DLC paid for with money? If so, try double checking to make sure it is still installed: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000061443

Advanced Piers have never worked in my case so I haven't noticed any patterns - they don't work for all the resources I've tried and it doesn't metter whether it's New World or Old World. They just don't work at all in my game.

1. This indeed appears to be a bug, and I don't believe it has been reported before. As far as I'm aware, it should discard anything, regardless of whether that slot is full.

Not being able to save does not appear to be a known issue. My immediate 2 suggestions would be the following -
